POLICIES

  • Browss by Britt has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment the same day you will be charged 100% of service booked. This policy is strictly enforced out of the respect for us and our clients. Failure to pay cancellation fee will have you banned as a client.

  • We understand life happens! For the sake of her clients, we have have implemented a 10 minute grace period. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day due to a tight schedule.If you expect that you will be late, please notify us at (347)-466-1461. If you exceed the grace period timeframe, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a no show fee.

  • Due to safety precautions, no children or guests are permitted during any service. We keep products such as hot wax on the premise at all times, we want to ensure the safety of our clients.

  • We do not offer refunds on any services, however we guarantee all of our services. We allow a 2-day period to notify us immediately of any concerns. We offer a one-time complimentary follow up appointment to fix anything to your satisfaction. This appointment is limited to 30 minutes.

  • If you are on any acne medication or using any topical creams your skin might react negatively to being waxed. Please consider a “tweeze only” appointment.

    It is also very important to keep the eyebrow area extremely moisturized during cold weather as the skin becomes drier. This ultimately has nothing to do with the temperature of the wax, we keep it at the same temperature every day!

  • Confirmation texts are sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment. You are required to confirm, and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
